Baptismal Ethorium

Here we all are now.

Closing your eyes. Taking some deep cleansing breaths

Through the nose. Out of mouth

We plant our feet firmly. On the ego continuum

This imaginary line. Beginning a slow, pendulum movement

Side to side, black to white. Wrong to right.

Slower, slower, slower. Shedding the lies.

Stopping slowly and finding grey. Imagining the Grey all around.

Thick and misty, slowly reaching toward the ground.

We scoop up a portion of this Grey. And bringing it slowly up.

In our hands. Up the midline.

From root to sacral. Slowly to solar plexus.

We feel our hands. Full springy to touch.

At heart level. Soaring farther free. To our throats ascending.

A scent of promise. Beyond judgement now.

The depth of soul detachment. As our hands reach our mind’s eye.

We envision a light. Sparked by our movement.

An expanding consciousness. Polishing the Grey.

As we reach above our crown. A myriad of colours mix.

We release this liquid silk. Pausing now…

Breathing in the Essence.

PURE. SOUL. ALIVE.

Embracing the Divine.

Hands dropping slowly. Back to our sides.

Coming back to the room. Free in mind.

Yet, gently listening. With open hearts.

When you feel ready. Okay open your eyes. Moving your hands and your feet around.

Back-Stretching-Grounding- So its in Love and Light.
